As owner of PRECIOUS CARGO, I believe that our children are our most Precious Cargo! I am a Certified National Highway Transportation Safety Administration and Safe Kids Worldwide (#T028365),  Child Passenger Safety Technician (just like your local police, fireman and CHP), a Senior Checker, California State Automobile Association (AAA) CPS Technician Mentor and the Napa County Injury Prevention/Car Seat Safety Program Coordinator. I am fully qualified to install and inspect child restraints and booster seats,  and facilitator of educational crash dynamic/injury prevention workshops.

I became aware of the high misuse and non-use of child safety seats from the many inquires that I have received and my own personal observations. My strongest motivation for child passenger safety became paramount when I became a grandmother to my three young grandchildren.

While my four grown children did not have the benefit of current child passenger safety knowledge, it has became my passion to ensure that all children, from birth to 8 years old, are safe while traveling in a motor vehicle.
